Pieter Haakbos

My name is Pieter Haakbos, artist of the small karoo.

I love to dream and put it on a canvas with colours and brush.

I live in my neverland infront of my palette and in that moment it feels like time stands still until the completion of my painting.

So as you can guess I visit that place quite often.

I HATE being just another number in the system and people being mean to the person nearest to them.

In spite of popular believe, money doesn't rule the world, at least not in mine.

Sometimes if the inspiration hits me in the head, words of poetry floods out of my pen onto paper.

But my main passion and love is still towards painting.

As long as I can draw, paint and be creative, I can breathe with ease for this life of mine
