Hi, I’m Piergiorgio (PG) Niero.

I am a pragmatic technology and product executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling engineering organisations across gaming, consumer tech, adtech, and platform businesses. I have worked across early stage startups and complex corporate environments, leading teams through growth, product transformation, and major transitions including acquisitions and spin outs.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and organisational design. I help companies turn strong technical foundations into scalable, product led platforms that deliver clear business outcomes, using modern tools, including AI, where they create measurable leverage.

I value clarity, sound judgment, and high standards. I believe great technology is built by healthy teams with clear purpose and trust.

I have held senior leadership roles at SuperAwesome, Epic Games, and Sony, and advise founders through Endeavor.

Outside of work, I am a husband, a father, and a wannabe musician.
