Pilates Two-Six is a private, home-based studio, located in the Pleasure Point neighborhood of Santa Cruz, Ca. The space has all new Peak Pilates equipment and caters to private sessions. Stretching and Myofascial techniques are used at the end of the session. You benefit from the one-one-one attention and can expect a strengthened core, relief of backpain, improved posture, ease of movement, weight loss, and overall strength.
