After finishing up nearly 22 years of service in the U.S. Army, Eric landed a good job at Cabela's as a copywriter. He has worked there since October 2013 and plans to stay for a little while longer.
He has a gorgeous wife, Gail, and four beautiful children, including his brand new baby girl Adelaide, who was born healthy and feisty on March 11.
