José Manuel Piñeiros Chiriboga

I am a project manager, and teacher currently living in Querétaro, Mexico. My interests range from movies to dancing and gastronomy. I am also interested in politics, writing, and travel. I am deeply interested in International Relations and Diplomacy. My abilities range all the way from social Research to academical writing. I was part of a preoject that analyzed deeply the Situation of Human Rights in México which resulted in a exaltation to the government of the state of Querétaro to solve some urgent problems.
