Hello Im Peter , thanks for taking the time to read my about me! I've always have had a passion for the culinary arts. The first dish I made was Baked Ziti at the age of 13. Since that day I have always strived to increase my knowledge of the culinary arts. I believe that a person's style of cooking can show a lot about their personality and ethinic background. Although I am an african american , I personaly enjoy asian and latin cooking. I try to incorperate their styles into my cooking often. With every time I cook I strive to be better then the last, and thats how I try to improve myself.
