I developed strong skills in Education Management and Teaching by working in the latest years as a University Lecturer and Teacher Training Specialist in Italy, after spanning over 20 years experience in Corporate Training for many public and private institutions as a manager, trainer and consultant.

I completed my Ph.D. in Education Management, after obtaining a M.A. in Contemporary Literature and Art with specialization in Communication Sciences and Media Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Humanities, an advanced Master's degree in Economics and Service Management, and an Executive Master's degree in Business Communication and Public Relations.

I'm currently working as a Teachers Trainer at several High Schools in Southern Italy on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), and as a Lecturer in Multimedia Education at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Southern Italy - ISSR "John Duns Scotus" (Nola, Naples).
