Mark is a public relations professional and journalist with extensive experience including media relations (national and regional), social media, corporate literature production and branding, high profile major/critical incident and crisis communications management, strategic communications and stakeholder/internal communications.

Mark has worked in both the public and private sectors as a communications professional, leading teams for major organisations. His expertise has led to his taking part in a national police crisis communications training video and leading a European Union project to train the Czech national probation service in public relations and communications, spending a week in Prague delivering training.
