As a Regional Sales Manager you will develop and expand our existing business in Poland as well as exploring new opportunities.

Within your region you will handle all sales channels Trade, DIY, Industry and Project market. You will sell our complete product portfolio (i.e. Chipboard, MDF, Melamine faced Chipboard and MDF as well as derivatives with UniClic-technology), with an important focus on our added-value products.

You will continuously search for new business partners, you will give them a clear and attractive presentation of our high quality products and novelties, and will motivate them to push our products in the market.

You will negotiate the conditions for cooperation with new business partners, thereby respecting our existing distribution structures.

You will visit customers and prospects on a daily basis and provide them with the necessary guidance, support and training for their local sales people.

You will report directly to the Sales Director Export, who works at headquarters Belgium but who will support and interact with you on a regular basis.

You work home office and will meet up with colleagues at headquarters in Belgium on a monthly basis.
