• Scaling a team from 70 to 300 as COO, implementing an innovative remuneration program that increased pay by 10% with no added costs
• Driving revenue growth from €2M to €34M and expanding headcount from 30 to 800 as Executive Director and Managing Director, transforming organizations into strategic technology delivery partners for top financial institutions
