I have a mission to bring traditional food to our modern cuisine. At Nisuvaba Maailm I produce Estonian national food KAMA with lot of different berrys.

I'm a care-taker of many traditional things, one of them being my families farmhouse Pärt-Jaagu at Lääne-Virumaa county, Estonia, where my grandmother was born and raised. I like traditional and local food, music handicrafts and holidays. I am so lucky to live in such a folk-tradition country as Estonia!

The Pärt-Jaagu farm KAMA products can be seen at www.nisuvaba.ee
