Joseph Piro
Joe has been representing clients' interests all of his professional career which began in 1976 when he was sworn into the California Bar as an attorney where he dealt in real estate law, contracts, and family law. He became active in the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities, a member of the Board of Directors, chairman of their legal panel, and a lecturer for the association. In 1986 he represented the "ultimate client," the People of the State of California, as a criminal prosecutor with the City of Los Angeles for twenty years.
In 1980, Joe began his real estate career when he became an associate broker where he successfully represented both buyres and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions.
Real estate is a service-oriented business, and the clients' best interests are of paramount importance if the broker is to be successful. Joe has demonstrated throughout his career his ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of the people he serves, and he brings this expertise with him to Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance.
Joe has available financing options and lenders who are ready to prequalify you whether it is your first home or the home of your dreams, and has the backing of an in-house direct lender, marketing department, and a full-time transaction coordinator to make certain every transaction is dealt with smoothly and as expeditiously as possible.
Joe has extensive knowledge of property in San Pedro, South Shores, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates as well as the greater Long Beach area including Seal Beach, and Huntington Beach.
When Joe is not involved with clients, he can be found around town in various local nursing homes with his partner of 37 years and his two golden retrievers, Max and Rosie, providing comfort and joy to those who need it most.
