I am a design strategy and product innovation professional with over 20 years of experience in product design, design management, hardware product development, and product strategy. My experience spans consumer electronics, PC peripherals, home appliances, industrial equipment, healthcare products, and bicycle components. Throughout my career, I have built a strong end-to-end understanding of product development, from user research, market insights, product planning, and concept development to engineering collaboration, manufacturing feasibility, and product launch.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a design manager at international design consultancies including CRE8 DESIGN and TEAMS DESIGN, leading strategic design and product innovation projects for global clients such as BestBuy, CORSAIR, Dell, ASUS, hTC, Cannondale, Delta Electronics, and Johnson Controls Hitachi. These experiences allowed me to develop strong capabilities in client communication, team leadership, design strategy, and translating brand and user insights into commercially viable product solutions.

Currently, as Product Experience Design Manager at Cooler Master, I focus on forward-looking product strategy, product experience, roadmap planning, MRD / PRD development, and cross-functional collaboration. I work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and external technology or manufacturing partners to explore new product opportunities and drive product development from concept to execution.
