Over my career I've been fortunate to work with some great people at Sprint, Guidant, Abbott and now Kaiser Permanente. That's given me the opportunity to grow in the areas of leadership development and talent optimization, while learning from some of the best in industry.

At Sprint I cultivated the art of creating trusting relationships with clients, understanding the business and creating conditions for a positive work environment.

At Guidant I learned to take being a learning business partner and developing talent to the next level. Our HR & Learning functions were aligned to drive business strategy and make the culture truly magnetic.

With Abbott I broadened my skill set in the areas of Leadership Development, Coaching and OD. I also had the privilege of traveling to Europe, Asia and the Americas to train and partner with many wonderful colleagues.

My consulting practice is centered on advising businesses on leadership development strategies and coaching leaders to their full potential.

At Kaiser Permanente I'm implementing a development strategy for the Orange County Service Area middle managers, and helping to drive the Southern California Regions' leadership culture transformation.
