I am currently a customer relation’s specialist at Farmers Insurance who wants to be an account manager in a Public Relations firm. Over the course of her time working at Farmers Insurance the customers really started growing on her. She wanted to hear about their day and know if there is anything she could help them with. As a public relations student at Westminster College Patricia is constantly reminded the importance of building positive relationships with individuals and letting those relationship prosper. Through her previous and current work experience she has gotten to put into practice her liberal arts education, and she is more than ready to take it into her future endeavors.
