James Thompson

I started out as an illustrator in the U.S. Navy drawing cartoons, training comics, flight group insignia and basically any and all creative needs of the Navy. After a few brief trips though the Med I decided that was enough and attended the Savannah College of Art and Design initially as an illustration / sequential art major until I took a course in web design. I built my first site using Netscape Composer and I have been hooked on the interwebs ever since.

I have designed and developed sites for Jimmie Johnson, The SportingNews, shoes.com and many others. In 2002 I designed what was the first Sports "Social Media" site for SportingNews.com.
