Piya Saliba

Hi, I’m Piya Saliba.

I’m the CEO of Fountain Capital, based in Beverly Hills, where I focus on building with intention, leading with integrity, and creating long-term impact. My approach to business is simple: people come first.

I was raised between Indonesia and Singapore, which gave me a global perspective early on. My path has always been shaped by both creativity and entrepreneurship. I’ve carried that balance into everything I do—from leadership to storytelling.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in philanthropy. I support initiatives through the Nalin and Naseeb Foundation and serve on the Cedars-Sinai NICU Parent Council, where I help advocate for families during critical moments.

I also have a lifelong passion for the arts. Singing, acting, and creative expression continue to be an important part of my life.
