Pachia Chang

I am a senior majoring in Business at Cardinal Stritch University. I love having the ability to be creative and push my own limitations. I am an organized individual who loves working in environments that are structured or "blueprint" type companies. Blueprint companies are work environments where there's some sense of assembly line work procedures. There is a set way of doing everyday tasks, which creates a solid direction to achieve company's short and long term goals.

I am a strong believer in doing a good job not only for the company, but doing a good job for personal work ethic satisfaction. I am a firm believer in working smarter and not harder.
