Pat Johnson remains a remarkably talented, famed professional photographer in San Francisco for over 30 years. His primary passions for photographic subjects are include landmark and historical Rock and Roll stars who are both innovators and legendary Rock figures, as well as sports figures and professional models for top agents.
Spanning four decades of Rock superstar history, Pat's work includes never-before-seen images of The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, David Bowie, James Brown, The Jackson Five, Grateful Dead, The Clash, Joan Baez and Toupac, and continue through today’s Green Day, Snoop Dog and many more in between. His eclectic collection also includes famed San Francisco sports figures as well as national entertainment personalities such as Rodney Dangerfield. He is known for his originality and creativity on album covers and studio images, as well as his documentary and live concert images of these Rock artists in their element. This vast, captivating collection of images has rarely, if ever, been seen by or sold to the general public until 2014, at the San Francisco Art Exchange, where select, signed (by Pat) "Limited Editions" are now available for purchase on their website.
Pat continues to own and photograph people in his successful commercial studio at the very same San Francisco studio location, where his consistently spectacular work features unique, individualistic, fun or formal corporate head shots and lifestyle images of our Silicon Valley and San Francisco business innovators and leaders. These powerful images can then be used for their business profiles, on-line social media, and advertising campaigns.
