• Arun is a Certified Corporate Trainer with MSc Genetics (University-first-rank), MBA in Marketing, a PG Diploma in Marketing and relevant certifications (MOOC) from Wharton, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, IIM Bangalore & Case Western Reserve. He is certified by Shiv Khera, is an Associate of Insurance Institute of India and has qualified in AMFI Mutual Fund.

• He has trained and inspired more than 6000 people. He is adept in conceptualizing training, designing content and effectively delivering the training workshops. He believes in inspiring lives and enriching their careers through training interventions. His Knowledge, skill, enthusiasm and zeal enables him to conduct a very interactive, impactful and effective training workshop.

• He is certified in Training/ Platform and Presentation skills by NIS SPARTA and ING. He had developed content for Bharti Axa General Insurance. In NIS Sparta, he had received three RECO awards, one of them from Mr. Muralidhar Rao, President and CEO, NIS Sparta.
