My time spent caring for Seniors has given me a little insight into the human journey - complete with threads to weave into the fabric of my own adventure. Sometimes I unknowingly pass a helpful bit on to a stranger who hears my stories or reads my words.

I've moved 32 times - phew - and had a career in Employment Placement and University Recruitment for both the corporate and the healthcare world. Now I'm content to write and spend some time as a Companion/Caregiver.
