Phillip King

A graduate of the Jazz Studies and Performance program at William Paterson University, Phillip has recently returned to public performance on a regular basis. You can find him on the bandstand in both jazz and pop situations and in the pit with a worship band each week. Seeking to carve out a more individual identity as a performer, work is underway to develop a presence in the world of electronic music—an art form he has been devoted to since hearing the music of Jimi Hendrix at the age of eleven.

As a freelance artist he has several websites and a couple dozen CD covers to his credit. Phillip also has an extensive portfolio as a photographer and videographer. No matter what the project, Phillip seeks opportunities to work in collaborative environments where he is able to employ skills and experience encompassing or deriving influence from all of the work he has been a part of.
