Pradheep Kumar Nama (nama) is an entrepreneur at heart and loves the challenges that come with it. A Cost Accountant, Nama started his career with Sony ( known as Orson) and later moved to Digital equipment as the Manager - Finance. Nama had stint with GE Capital venture Countrywide Consumer Finance in setting up Operations in South India and Moved to Corporate Functions as Head of sales, associating with that Brand for 5+ years.

He had been part of Genpact (known as GECIS earlier) for over 9 years in BPO industry, running Finance Function for Many global clients in Energy, Entertainment, Automotive Industries. After 27 years of careers spanning Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, he gave it all up to join Synchroserve in 2008, a startup in the Training & Recruitment space
