Hi
I offer fun positive classes for pet puppies and adolescent dogs every Tuesday night from 7-8pm and 8- 9pm in Towersey. Here I can offer you lots of advice gained from over ten years of experience training Hearing Dogs For Deaf People. I also offer easy steps on how to communicate with your dog without shouting or tearing your hair out, and lots of tips and helpful follow-on advice sheets that you can take away with you.
Join me at one of my classes so you can proudly say you have given your dog the best start in life.
Is the following familiar?
It’s a beautiful day at the park, but you can’t relax with your dog so you can enjoy it? I can show you how.
I can also show you how to best communicate with your dog so that you will be delighted in how much your dog now wants to please you.
Together in my classes we will move through some simple steps that by the end will make other people admire how well your dog behaves compared to theirs.
Why do I do what I do, and how I can help you.
I could waste your time here chatting about my self , the animal behaviour masters, over ten years experience of working at rescue centers and at Hearing dogs for deaf people, countless courses I have been on etc etc, or instead I could briefly share a very quick story with you that I hope may interest you, and explain a little bit about why I love what I do and how I can help you.
So as a young rooky Hearing dog trainer many years ago, I was handed a 14 month old terrier cross that had previously been rescued by Battersea dogs home. Her name was Saffron. She was a scruffy thin little urchin that was found as an unloved, pregnant stray. She had since whelped her pups, been a good mum and was now brought to us ready to be trained as a Hearing dog. The only problem was that Saph (as I called her) didn’t know the first thing when it came to living in a human world. What’s more she was scared, confused and rather shut down ( Do you blame her!) .
So we had to start from the very beginning and we only had 4 months in which to do it......Continued here
