Pleasant Art

Pleasant Art

I design things and commit myself to various projects in art. Visual designer for UX/UI things for Apple iOS devices and the mobile web. Creating new dialog in development and research in technology and art. Fusion of traditional art methods and technical design. Anti-corporate, pro visual art minded, pro-diversity. Hung around Oberlin College, attended School of Visual Arts, NY, NY. Played in the East-village making street art and doing public installations. Appreciative of critical thinking and anti-elitist in that now unpopular 80's sort of way.

Lead Visual Designer for VespaBook, VespaPlace apps for ios. Contributed visual bits and narration for NBC affiliate and Viacom (Nickelodeon) produced broadcast productions.

2003 Official letter of recognition from the City of New York, World Trade Center Design Committee. Received official recognition for Pleasant's architectural design and conceptual representation of the new One World Trade Center structure.
