The range includes Trauma implants, Angle stable plates, Intramedullary nails, Spinal Implants, joint prosthesis etc. Reconstructive total joint implants for the hip, knee and shoulder are also under development. Surgical implants have been a core product offering of the Company since its formation in September 2007, when Mr Kenny Kumar, our Director & a visionary saw the opportunity to serve the community & create employment opportunities for several people by forming the company. The technical skills & innovative ideas of a leading Orthopedic Surgeon who also saw the potential of improving and innovating the instruments & implants to make them user friendly got associated with the company to help it develop better products.

Several workers & managers, with significant experience in the field of orthopedics soon joined them, starting from a small unit manufacturing orthopedic implants and related instruments and moving on to a bigger premises with the latest machinery & technology in a short span of a year. IOSPL launched its first product, the All Fracture Femur Nailing system in India after receiving ISO 9000:2008 & CE certification. The nail was well received by all Doctors due to the changes made in the product keeping in mind the modifications for the Asia Pacific population as well as the rest of the world.
