Plot Mhako is a creative curator, arts journalist and social innovator from Zimbabwe. He is a founder and creative director of several organisations and projects with interests in the arts, youth and media amongst them Jibilika a youth culture organisation which promotes dance, hip hop and youth culture for social development & transformation in Zimbabwe.

Co-director of Mafuwe International Festival of Dance, Co-founder of Kuenda Productions a multi-disciplinarian, an intercultural creative organisation working in Dance, Theatre, Music, visual art and management operating in Uganda, Zimbabwe and Germany.

Organiser of two music conferences in Zimbabwe, the Zimbabwe Hip Hop Summit, ZimDancehall Summit. Co-founder of Skate and award winning media startup Earground Media which is amplifying new creative voices from Africa.
