My philosophy for successfully implementing strategic change is centered around the importance of building integrated partnerships, leveraging collaboration and critical thinking skills, and understanding the value of listening to others.Not locked into one viewpoint, I believe in applying the best solution to achieve the goals of the organization. A technology solution should contribute and promote the business strategy. If it doesn't, then you probably shouldn't do it. While clearly not all technology approaches are created equal, the most hyped or expensive solution isn't always the best choice. The objective is to find the unique technology sweet spot, striking a balance between requirements, cost and risk.
