I'm Paolo Manzo (@pmanzo70 on Twitter).

I've spent the last two decades researching and writing on emerging market politics, economics, security, and technology.

My Latin American Insider (https://paolomanzo.substack.com) covers the entire hemisphere and includes security issues, markets, and Latin American politics.

I've lived around Latin America, but my principal residence for the last 15 years has been in the continent's financial capital, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I conduct political risk analysis and custom surveys for businesses and think tanks in emerging markets.
