paula BRINSON

I am a single mother. I have owned a business and I am currently in the process of some other business ventures that are humanitarian in nature. My purpose and goal in life is to show people through my actions the art of love. I involve myself in things that will help others become the best that they can be. I have written several children books and I am working on a motivational journey about my life experiences that will bless the reader(i am looking for a publisher). The reader through my affliction and overcoming will know that all things are possible, we just have to find our inner peace and joy. My son and I have faced alot of tragedies,. We had catastrophic losses starting when my son was 13 months old. We have been homeless and without food, this created a new respect in me for benevolence. The reason that my story is special is because people think that the face of tragedy and poverty has a certain look and we are iiving believable proof that it does not. We made it through it all with the help of strangers, no welfare but complete strangers that are now cherished family members . I am educated and not a complainer. I believe that the things that plague this world can be resolved without one group being left out. I do not like the have and the have not theory and that it is okay for there even to exist the have and the have nots. I love Jesus and my son and I have joy that is unspeakable, and to look at us you would never know that we have experienced anything, but the fullness and richness of life because that what life has been for us both good and bad; rich and full. People who know me, already know all the laurels and the titles that man have placed on me from High School , College and through my Professional Career. I am very blessed to say that I have more friends than enemies. The greatest title that I have and will ever have is mother, daughter and good friend who cheers all that I meet to the finish line of this thing called life. It has twists and turn,s but I desire to walk a mile with people, to cry with them, to climb mountains with them, to rejoice, to mourn, and to celebrate the victories and the defeats. that is all that I am and all that I hope to be.
