Chess Teacher in Hayes, Middlesex.
A strong club and county player, with over 30 years of playing experience. I am an English Chess Federation Accredited Coach, teaching primary and secondary school children in both the public and independent sectors. I work with children from beginners learning the moves for the first time through to promising young players engaged in formal competition. I co-founded the thriving Fulham Junior Chess Club and I manage the renowned Richmond Junior Chess Club. I also work with the national charity, Chess in Schools & Communities. I provide one-to-one coaching, class based teaching in curriculum time and club activities in breakfast clubs, at lunch times and in after school clubs. I also lecture on chess at the City Literary Institute to adult students.
