Born and raised in New Orleans, I've developed a penchant for the souI and meaning. I'm the CEO of a dynamic nonprofit organization that serves low-income children and familiI have a beautiful, wonderful wife and three amazing children - constant reminders of "love in the ruins." Despite the ruins, I'm actually pretty optimistic about the future. My personal dream is to one day follow in the footsteps of some of my favorite authors and thinkers - Walker Percy, Flannery O'Connor, John Irving, Larry McMurtry, Eric Fromm, Peter Kreeft, Dorothy Day - to write, create, and serve... Then again, I try not to take myself too seriously - love to laugh, including at myself, cause as my Dad taught me, I will never run out of material.
