Having devoted most of my adult life in the glass and door industry and gaining knowledege through experiences over many years it is time to share these experiences and, hopefully, help those wanting to gain momentum in their career endeavors. My involvements range from sweeping floors through senior level positions from small to publically held companies.
During the course of my career I have owned my own businesses as well and helped restructure failing companies and guide them to profitable successful organizations.
