I have a broad range of experience within IT, starting out as a developer and moving from 1st line support through to Project management, I have worked for charitable organizations, Partnerships, Government and private enterprise.
I am very keen to continue seeking better ways to use technology in helping streamline and ease the business process, without compromising on standards.
Promoting teamwork and individual ownership are key elements of managing an IT Department.
