Former Bioinformatics intern scientist of cancer and stem cell group within Lee Hood's lab studying cancers such as Glioblastoma Multiforme, prostate and colon cancer using a bioinformatics and systems biology approach.
Prior projects include examining intra-tumoral heterogeneity at the single cell level using methods such as next-gen sequencing, qPCR and other functional assays.
Current Undergrad head of academic development at Prep-zone and Metro Education researching k-12 education delivery methodology such as P4 education(transcribed from P4 medicine coined by Dr.Lee Hood) using data-driven, systematic and holistic approach; teaching and administration.
