This Angelino created the PBB from a love of pnut butter as a little girl. Whenever I would take the top off a new jar of pnut butter, the smell would overwhelm me with happiness of the inevitable satisfaction to come.

Walking in my aunts kitchen after a hard day of hop scotch and handball at 54th Street School I knew I could expect to be greeted with my favorite pnut butter and grape jelly sandwich on Wonder bread. There was nothing like that first bite which you could be assured would stick to the roof of your mouth. Those were good times.

My obsession with pnut butter has never ended, so my love of cooking and of this wonderful comfort food inspired me to create the Pnut Butter Bar.

Our goal is to bring that feeling of happiness with good food to all who step up to the "Pnut Butter Bar."
