Welcome to Podium Sports Therapy--the private practice of Dana Rutt. Dana has over 11 years of experience in injury treatment and sports massage. An Ironman triathlete and marathon runner herself, Dana brings practical, first-hand knowledge of athletic training requirements and injury treatment to her massage practice. Dana specializes in AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) and incorporates this specialty into each session to elevate treatment and results to a whole new level.
