Spent 20 years teaching workshops on writing and performance poetry. Written several books of poetry, two novels and working on a memoir. Founded and directed SPARROWS, Colorado's Performance Poetry Festival. Had two Fair Trade businesses to market products from Latin America and Africa. Taught college and GED courses to prisoners in Colorado's largest prison though Colorado Mountain College. Managed several food establishments . Raised two gorgeous sons who each have their own businesses. Married to a fabulous woman whose spirituality has inspired and healed me.
