Po Hsieh Lin

Born and grew up in Kaohsiung. Taiwan.
Po-Hsieh Lin received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2008 from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering.
His current research interests include the field of semiconductor device physics, capacitorless DRAM, and NVM.
