I am a 33 year old full time student and supervisor with the American Red Cross. I have had a crazy life of ups and downs (haven't we all!), but I have finally found my peace and place in life. I realized I couldn't be anything to anyone else unless I was my best. One day I discovered Les Mills Combat and fell in love. I have never felt so powerful, so strong, and so motivated to become everything I can be. I am on a mission now, not only for myself, but to help others find their strength and peace.
