Standard Fit Out protocol

Bathroom:

· Variety of multiple colours and style of tile specifically chosen to meet your needs
· Highly durable shower cabin with sliding doors, adjustable shower head
· Bath (if required) with shower
· Free standing toilet with flush
· Ceramic sink unit with under cabin
· Stainless steel taps
· Sink head unit with mirror

Kitchen:

· A range of Ikea units all specifically selected to meet design requirements
· Single basin with drainer stainless steel sink and taps
· Full Whirlpool appliance package including oven, hob and extractor fan fully installed
· Free standing or in-built two door fridge/freezer

Floors:
· A choice of laminate flooring with matching skirting
· Tile option for kitchen, bathroom or hallway

Other:

· All walls to be painted with two coats of Dulux magnolia emulsion
· All ceilings to be painted with two coats of Dulux brilliant white emulsion
· Dome style with wood trim lights to be fitted to all ceiling outlets
· Mahogany style interior doors and frames fitted with chrome door handles
· Tiles on bathroom walls to be customised for client (i.e. 2m for shower)
· Full Builders clean on completion
