What drives me is lifelong learning and the conviction that meaningful change begins within. For me, it’s not about becoming the “best version” of myself, but about a personal process of becoming more whole — as a coach, a leader, and a human being.

I work in organizational and school development, team collaboration, and participatory change processes. My focus is on creating spaces for dialogue where different perspectives can meet, responsibility is shared, and collective learning becomes possible — in schools, organizations, and societal contexts.

With empathy, an agile mindset, and a systemic lens, I support leaders, leadership teams, and steering groups, as well as institutions, in navigating complexity and change. I challenge routines that no longer serve, explore new ways of collaboration, and encourage courageous steps forward.

Change is rarely linear. Uncertainty and setbacks are part of the process — and often the starting point for deeper learning and sustainable development.
