Polly Ester's love affair food began in her mother's kitchen. From a young age, Polly was surrounded by good. During her childhood, Polly's mother was the sous chef for many famous New York City dining establishments. Her home was always buzzing with chefs trying new recipes. The visuals from her childhood inspire her today. She currently works as a freelance stylist, composing images for the world's most renown food publications.
