I am a Broker Associate with Capital City Sotheby's International Realty and am seasoned in the Buying/Selling market. I enjoy working with Buyers who are purchasing their first home or Sellers who are selling their 10th! Short Sales and Foreclosures play an active part in our current real estate market. I am well versed in both and will help to relieve the stress of completing the process which can be overwhelming. My husband Jim and I were a Broker Associate team with Coldwell Banker in Silicon Valley, In 2008, after visitng Austin for several years, we are pleased to call Hill Country home. We are actively involved with local missions through our church, Austin Christian Fellowship. We are sports fanatics and you will often find us cheering on grandkids at week-end games or watching College or NFL football games.
