Introduction:

All people suffer in some way or another and wish they didn't. I am one of them. I have been bullied, suffered bad health, lack of money and lack of time to do the things I like. I have blamed lack of luck, circumstances and other people for the bad experiences in my life.

Putting things in perspective, however, I did not do too bad if you look at the poor 2/3 of the worlds population. I had and have a lot to be grateful for. My education, upbringing and living standard are all part of that.

Despite that, all my problems helped make me determined to find true happiness and health. This decision has been the best of my life! Now I am healthy and happy. So much so that it hurts me to see others in my old shoes walking the path I now left behind.

I love reading real stories about other peoples lives and find some of them very entertaining and inspirational. The fact that reality TV shows, blogs and magazines about the lives of others are so popular, shows I am not the only one.

That is why I have decided to share my personal, real life stories about the events in my life that have given me (and continue to give me) the insights I have now, hoping to inspire you to look at your own life and seeing the same connections/miracles for yourself. All this without boring lectures, or the usual however many way's to achieve something, leaving you free to form your own opinion and choose the path that works for you, whilst being entertained at the same time.

With love,
Pollyesther
