Polly Hanson has been a professional in Law Enforcement for many years always working to help and serve the community.

Her professional and educational accomplishments stretch far and wide to a variety of fields and areas of focus. Upon graduating from Woodrow Wilson High School in D.C., Polly Hanson went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Temple University in Pennsylvania in 1977. She then went on to graduate from the F.B.I. National Academy in its 157th Session in 1989. In 1994, Polly Hanson was a participant in the Maryland Leadership Challenge for Executives and completed her M.S. degree in Applied Behavioral Science just two years later at The Johns Hopkins University in Maryland.

Polly Hanson continued her educational journey in law enforcement in 2003, completing the F.B.I. Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar. Next in 2012, she was successful in completing the Arthur Carhart Interagency Wilderness Stewardship Training.

This past year, Polly Hanson additionally graduated from the F.B.I. National Executive Institute.

Beyond her educational and professional experiences, Polly Hanson largely enjoys the sport of baseball. She loves learning about the history of baseball and traveling around the United States to visit different ballparks and stadiums to catch a game.
