Polly Pospyelova

Head of Search, at Delete Agency (deleteagency.com), Polly Pospelova is a passionate professional who thrives on finding the best route to ensure she delivers her client’s current aims and future growth.

With two Master Degrees in International Economics and ITEC, and a dissertation entitled “Intelligent Multithreaded Search Engine Spider Software” it wasn’t surprising that Polly had already developed as a natural search specialist before SEO emerged as an industry.

As well as managing Delete Agency’s natural and paid search teams, Polly works closely with both technical developers and UX specialists to maximise user experience conversions. With creative thinking at the heart, together with a desire to challenge the norm, Polly delivers unique value-driven search solutions. The results of her work can be seen in the many award-winning solutions delivered from the "Best Use of Organic Search" DADI Awards (2008), to "Best PPC campaign" at the UK Search Awards for innovation around intelligent landing pages with Brains (2011).

Polly is regularly invited to speak on hot search topics at conferences and exhibitions including: UK Search Conference, SasCon and ionSearch.
