My principal interests in life are cooking and reading. I love researching and cooking authentic Italian dishes. I'm a wood oven builder and an aficionado of Neapolitan pizza. I believe that all the success that I have had in my life is due to effort. If I fail at something, then, I try again and again until I realise success. I am also in the process of witting my first book about pizza making in the home. But my main vocation in life is sharing my knowledge of pizza making and how to escape the competitive to spend life being creative.
