I am a Research Director at Forrester Research Inc., managing our research targeted at B2B marketers and/or sales enablement professionals and how they need to address changes related to the Age of the Customer. The focus is very much on B2B businesses. The changes requires firstly understanding better the audience, ie. the buyers' behaviour and preferences; then work on the appropriate sales message and ensuring it is delivered by the suitable sales messengers. The research produced by our group will be closely aligned to research produced by Forrester colleagues for marketing professionals as well as the research we publish for technology management professionals.
