Meet a creative conceptual thinker, a lover of new and original ideas, a change management enthusiast that helps business development strategies be created and implemented. I am an engineer with a great interest in sustainabilyty and innovation. I believe in creating change through people and in supporting them with the right enabling environment and leadership to get the job done - and having fun in the process. I am passionate about developing people, wellbeing at work, organisational culture and operational excellence - as well as the physical and virtual working environment. Social media, management events and other platforms of communication enable me to develop the social aspects of the workplace. I earn my living helping engage other people, organizations and networks to join forces to create value.

I am a parent, a husband, a colleague, a facilitator, an eternal student and teacher. I am a music lover, enthusiastic about travel, history and architecture; and seeking new experiences to make life richer. The sea, nature and Finnish archipelago are close to my heart. On behalf of future generations I worry about climate change, population growth and the destruction of our planet. I am a photographer with a curiousity for visual expression in all of its forms. Film and video, story telling, creative writing and reading fiction energizes me; strategic and educational games intrigue me.
